John Mollanger, with his wife Caroline, is the founder of VITESSE, the Motorcycle Footwear Brand they had the vision to launch globally in 2008 (they export 70% of their products). Their concept was based on performance products (each boots feature the V - Cockpit, a safety device that is internationally patented) that are styled to be fashionable on and off the bike.
I have had the pleasure to meet John and Caroline again in Le Castellet during the Sunday Ride Classic, that took place on Easter week - end.
Vitesse had built a very distinctive booth in the Motorcycle show area. Visitors could come, try the boots on, and see for themselves the quality and attention to details of the brand's products. This opportunity came handy since Vitesse boots were only available online thus far.
Emma Peel !).
Lastly, "John Speed" is a double tribute both to Vitesse and The Avengers that I particularly dig...Emma Peel...Lovely!
